Finnish sauna with panoma window.

A room for sweating made of spruce and fir. With its air temperature of 95° C  and a humidity of 10° % it stimulates your metabolism and blood circulation. Very soon you will appreciate the  beneficial effects of a regular sauna visit. Sauna sessions can vary from once a week to once a month.

The sauna area also locates an adventure shower for the senses and a crushed ice container for cooling off. 

A revitalising Kneipp basin and a special step basin made of stone provides the ultimate foot massage and stimulates your circulation.

A spacious relaxation room with a sun balcony and suspending divan beds provides the perfect environment for chilling out in front of a magnificent mountain view. Another relaxation room next to the swimming pool offers a unique light setting device. In a zone absolutely free of electromagnetic pollution  you can expose your body and senses to an experience of utterly pure multi-coloured light irradiation. Revive your batteries and body cells.

"Laconium" in the basement
A mild version of the classic Finnish sauna. At temperatures around 55 ° Celsius and a humidity at 25% your body warms up gradually and reduces slag caused by metabolism. Ideal for stress reduction it also generates the activity of the heart  and your blood circulation.

Bio-sauna in the basement
The low-temperature sauna or sanarium is extremely gentle for your circulation. The humidity is at 25% and the average temperature is 50° Celsius. The more compatible biosauna session invites you to a longer stay, approximately 15 to 30 minutes.
