Day 1: Body scrub with alpine herbs and salt and body wrap in the hammock. . Body butter-aromatherapy massage alternatively rose or lavender. Alkaline alpine salt - whirlpool bath with subsequent medical foot care seasonal body butter - foot massage or mountain pine-rosemary gel foot massage. Fitness check with practice programme.
Day 2: Hand care: manicure, hand scrub, hand massage, warm honey-beeswax bath. Bio-Cosmetics facial treatment "basic": bio energetic advance treatment, deep cleansing and scrub, facial massage, Ointment-pack or smoothening and toning mask, day care.
Day 3: Body treatment II: Warm aromatherapy stamp massage with alpine herbs, alpine moor - mud wrap with coloured oils and colour therapy in the hammock.
Day 4: Body Treatment III: Lymphatic drainage and alpine moor mud wrap with essential oils from spruce, fir, juniper, cyprus trees etc.
