The full fare for accommodation applies in case of delayed arrival or untimely departure.
Cancellation fees
Three months prior to departure: none
One month prior to departure: three days 100%
Within one month before arrival: 90% of the booked amount.
Failure to arrive as scheduled (without notice) will render 100% loss of booked amount.
We recommend a travel cancellation expenses insurance.
In case of errors upon confirmation our current price list applies.
Reservations must be reconfirmed in written form.
The calculation base for package arrangements is: double room „Arnika".
An extra charge applies for all other categories.The calendar date is accounted for the particular days of arrival and departure.
We accept EC-card / Maestro Card and cash.
Court of jurisdiction is Bezau (Vorarlberg) / Austria.
