Next Generation
A First Impression.
It’s not just the applicant who should make a good impression – leadership should be likeable too. That’s why we’d like to introduce ourselves here:
What experience do you have in hospitality and tourism?
We both graduated from the 5-year Higher Vocational School for Tourism, Villa Blanka, in Innsbruck. Even back then, we specialized in hotel management. During our studies, we traveled the world for various internships. Just to name a few stops: Malta, France, New Zealand, and throughout the German-speaking Alps.
Afterwards, it was all about “learning from the best and bringing that knowledge home.” We gained experience in vacation hotels, hotel openings, destination development, and even with major players in luxury hospitality, such as Ritz-Carlton and Waldorf Astoria. So yes, we still have plenty of ideas in mind. Throughout our careers, we’ve tried to immerse ourselves in every facet of our passion: tourism.
As the new generation, you surely have fresh ideas. What do you want to change in the future?
Of course, we cannot stand still. Still, we – along with our parents – want to drive change with care and mindfulness. Without our employees, we couldn’t run our hotel. It’s therefore important to us to work with people who are honest and open, motivated, enjoy what they do, and – above all – act proactively. A solid education is still very important, but we know that if you truly want something, you can achieve anything!
