In the NaturTALENTe Forge, our in-house development program, we regularly nurture the talents within our team. Whether at the reception, in service, in the organic kitchen, or in the Alpine SPA, we offer practical training every month. Our NaturTALENTe Forge provides space for both personal and professional growth. We firmly believe that anyone who works with passion should also have the opportunity to develop further—not sometime in the future, but regularly and hands-on. Every month, we offer two internal training sessions designed to strengthen our teams, deepen knowledge, and bring fresh inspiration into everyday work.
