  Abhyanga, Ayurvedic full body herbal oil massage. Has a harmonising effect with warming, high-quality oils – tailored to your Dosha. Relaxation for body, mind and soul.
  Followed by a Sweda Lepa, orange blossom bath in the floating bed to feel good and relax the senses. Sweda (sweating) supports the preceding Abhyanga by detoxifying and purifying.
  Padabhyanga, Ayurvedic foot-leg massage stimulates the organism, grounds and offers the possibility to feel very light again.
  Upanahasveda, Ayurvedic back massage. Walk upright through life again. Your back will be strengthened so that the power can flow through your spine again. Blood circulation and mobility are enhanced. The tissue is tightened.
