The word “yoga” means unity. This refers to the merging of body, mind and spirit that occurs as soon as we bring our focus to our innermost being. Regular intensive practice promotes this unity and brings deep relaxation.

Starting with the mindful practice of a series of physical postures, known as asanas, our courses progress through a sequence of pleasant flowing movements, or vinyasas, to meditation and breathing exercises, or pranayamas, enabling you to leave day-to-day life behind and focus completely on yourself.
