Join me at the Wellness Mastery Weekend Retreat, a welcoming space for all levels where you can unwind, recharge, and focus on your well-being.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga and meditation or already have some experience, this weekend is all about creating a joyful and supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable. We’ll explore simple, effective self-care practices that you can take home and easily weave into your daily life, helping you find more balance and peace. To support you even after the retreat, you’ll receive a goody bag filled with wellness treats and a yoga, meditation, and breathwork video/audio, so you can continue nurturing yourself at home.
Together, we will slow down, relax, and leave you feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to embrace a more mindful way of living.

16:30: Welcome Circle & Gentle Yoga practice (75-mins)
Gather with fellow retreaters to meet each other and chat about the exciting weekend ahead. We’ll ground our bodies with a gentle yoga practice and set our intentions together.
18:00: Dinner
Enjoy a delicious 5-course meal and nourish your body.
20:30: Restorative Yoga class (60-mins)
Relax and centre yourself with a deeply relaxing restorative yoga.
SATURDAY: DISCOVER & REJUVENATE
08:00: Intro to Kundalini Yoga (50-mins)
Explore and discover the transformative power of Kundalini yoga.
09:00: Breakfast
A wholesome breakfast to energise you for the day ahead.
10:00: Reset Your Morning Routine & Self-Care Workshop (60-mins)
Dive into simple, effective self-care practices that you can easily integrate into your morning routine.
11:00: Free Time
Take a leisurely stroll, enjoy some quiet time, or simply relax and soak in the surroundings at AlpinSPA.
From 12:00: Lunch
Enjoy a light, nutritious salad and raw food buffet.
14:00: Free Time
Take a leisurely stroll, enjoy some quiet time, or simply relax and soak in the surroundings at AlpinSPA.
16:30: Guided Meditation Class (45-mins)
A guided meditation using sound/mantra.
18:00: Dinner
Share another wonderful meal together, continuing to build connections and enjoy delicious food.
20:00: Restorative Yoga
End the day with a peaceful guided meditation to deeply relax and ready for bed.
SUNDAY: WRAP UP & GOODBYES
08:00: Gentle Morning Yoga & Stretch
Start your final day with a gentle yoga session to feel refreshed and ready for the day.
09:00: Breakfast
Enjoy a hearty breakfast as we prepare to say our goodbyes.
10:00: Closing Circle
Learn how to take the practices from the weekend and integrate them into your everyday life. Let’s celebrate the journey we’ve shared.

Yoga to me, signifies “Unity” a profound connection between body, breath, and movement that strengthens a deeper sense of Oneness. My journey into yoga and meditation began from a place of imbalance. Overworked and overwhelmed, I experienced burnout, and my family endured challenges and trauma. Yoga and meditation emerged as my sanctuary, offering a path to rediscover my inner self and the magic of life.
In my classes, I emphasize conscious movement, breathing, sensation, and meditation. It’s not about perfecting poses but about connecting with your body. It’s not about stopping thoughts but about having a healthy relationship with them. My aim is for each student to leave feeling happy, inspired, motivated, and, importantly, at peace. This approach helps them achieve a better quality of life, wonderful experiences, and a positive change not only for themselves but also for those around them.
Yoga Styles: Conscious Flow Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Elemental Yoga, and The Science of Stretching.

- 2006: Radiant Body Yoga (200 hours) with Kia Miller, Rishikesh, India
- 2011: Elemental Yoga (100 hours) with Peter Clifford, Bali
- 2018: Ascension Mastery Meditation Teacher (6-month residential training)
