Time for me
Outdoor yoga
Taking in captivating views of the mountain panorama, you breathe in the fresh mountain air and learn to be aware of every fibre of your body. At the Naturhotel Chesa Valisa, yoga is one of the key components of your holiday. We are convinced that yoga is more than mindful movement. More than simply a method of relaxation.
The word “yoga” means unity. This refers to the merging of body, mind and spirit that occurs as soon as we bring our focus to our innermost being. Regular intensive practice promotes this unity and brings deep relaxation.
