Kesslers Walsereck – the restaurant at the Naturhotel
The new restaurant, Kesslers Walsereck, is one of Austria’s GenussWirte (Gourmet Chef) establishments. Behind its doors lurk understated elegance and distinctive design, and Head Chef Dennis Gasper delights our guests with culinary specialities from the Kleinwalsertal region. The Naturhotel has also been a certified organic BIO-Hotel since 2007.
At the hotel bar we spoil our guests every Thursday evening with live music. Enjoy our homemade cocktails while listening to cozy jazz sounds or the music of the Walser Trio. Individual ingredients are freshly fetched from the own garden for it.

The Naturhotel Chesa Valisa has worked on the principle of nose to tail dining for more than 30 years, making use of the whole animal. We buy whole animals in Kleinwalsertal and process them ourselves. Outstanding Austrian cuisine and our charming serving team await you.
