Panchakarma Treatment

The cure lasts 14 nights* and is divided into three regenerating phases. During the 14 treatment days our Ayurvedic doctor Dr. Dinu will guide you through Ayurvedic medicine with talks and treatments.

Day 1
Constitutional assessment with intensive pulse diagnosis (60 min.).
Afterwards you enjoy an Udvartana (60 min.) – Ayurvedic massage with powder, which stimulates the metabolism.
Day 2
Medical consultation with Dr. Dinu (approx. 15 min.).
This is followed by a Garshan (45 min.) – raw silk glove massage.
Day 3
Medical consultation with Dr. Dinu (approx. 15 min.).
This is followed by an Upanahasveda (45 min.) – an Ayurvedic back massage that promotes blood circulation and mobility.
Day 4
Medical consultation with Dr. Dinu (approx. 15 min.).
This is followed by a Padhapyanga (45 min.) – a traditional Ayurvedic massage in which the feet are massaged.
First “ghee day”. Ghee (clarified butter) is taken to dissolve waste products and toxins from the body and prepare them for elimination.
Day 5
Medical consultation with Dr. Dinu (approx. 15 min.).
This is followed by an Abhyanga synchronized massage (60 min.) – full body herbal oil massage.
Second “ghee day”. Ghee (clarified butter) is taken to dissolve waste products and toxins from the body and prepare them for elimination.
Day 6
Medical consultation with Dr. Dinu (approx. 15 min.).
This is followed by an Abhyanga (60 min.) – an Ayurvedic full-body herbal oil massage to relax the body, mind and soul.
Third “ghee day”. Ghee (clarified butter) is taken to dissolve waste products and toxins from the body and prepare them for elimination.
Day 7
Medical consultation with Dr. Dinu (approx. 15 min.).
The 7th day is the “Virechana day” (bowel cleansing day with Ayurvedic medication). There is no treatment on this day.
Day 8
Medical consultation with Dr. Dinu (approx. 15 min.).
This is followed by a Mukabhyanga (45 min.) – an Ayurvedic head and facial massage.
Day 9
Medical consultation with Dr. Dinu (approx. 15 min.).
This is followed by a Koshta Abhyanga (60 min. + 15 min. rest) – an Ayurvedic abdominal and foot massage.
This is followed by a Vasti therapy (15 min.).
Day 10
This is followed by an Abhyanga (60 min.) – an Ayurvedic full-body herbal oil massage to relax the body, mind and soul. The oils are tailored to your constitution.
Day 11
This is followed by a Jambira Pinda Sweda (80 min. and 15 min. rest) – an Ayurvedic herbal stamp massage, which is intended to stimulate cell renewal and reduce fat and cellulite.
Day 12
Medical consultation with Dr. Dinu (approx. 15 min.).
This is followed by an Abhyanga (60 min.) – an Ayurvedic full-body herbal oil massage.
Day 13
There is an Abhyanga and Shirodhara (90 min.) with Sweda Lepa (30 min.), a royal forehead oil pouring with a gentle head massage followed by an orange blossom wrap in the floating bed.
Day 14
Concluding medical consultation with Dr. Dinu (approx. 45 min.).

Check-Out by 10.30 am (day of departure)
Are you a late riser and would like to stay longer in your room on your day of departure? Book the late check-out for €80 per room. Your room will then be ready for you until 13:00.
The Ayurveda treatments included in the package are booked by the reception team. You will receive a detailed schedule at check-in. If you would like to book further treatments, you can do so in advance by telephone on +43 5517 5414 or at reception.
Main House: The restaurant and bar are located here
House Chesa: The AlpinSPA and the yoga rooms are located. The main house and house Chesa are connected to each other.
Chalet: The chalet is detached and not connected to the main house or house Chesa. Changing rooms are available in the AlpinSPA.
From the chalet to the main house or house Chesa you can access the garden and the sun terrace.
We are very happy to receive bookings in advance. We are better able to take into account the planning and desired treatment times.
We can only provide you with the exact schedule with the booked appointments at check-in. Unfortunately, unplanned events such as illness can occur in the SPA team, which means that earlier treatment plans are not always expedient. Our experience has shown that it is therefore better to finalise the plan on site.
