Are you flexible? So are we.

We will be happy to create an offer that is tailored to your individual wishes. When booking, you can choose between different conditions for booking and cancellation:

Flexible best price rate | Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival
Bookable at any time. This rate offers maximum flexibility: you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival. From the 6th day before arrival there is a 100% cancellation fee. No deposit or guarantee required.

Early booking rate | -10%
Bookable up to 60 days before arrival. The full amount must be paid by bank transfer. Changes or cancellations are not possible after booking. By making a reservation you accept that the full price of the stay will be charged. This amount is non-refundable.

Non-cancellable rate | -5%
Bookable from 89 days to one day before arrival. The full amount must be paid by bank transfer. No changes or cancellations are possible after booking. By booking you accept that the full price of the stay is due and is non-refundable.

Minimum stay rate (4-14+ nights) | -5-12%
A prepayment of 40% of the total amount is required for this rate. Rebooking is possible up to 7 days prior to arrival (rate differences may apply). Cancellations are not possible and the full amount will be charged in the event of a no-show without prior notice. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. Cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by the hotel.

• A reservation only becomes binding when the hotel confirms it in writing by e-mail, fax or post. No valid contract exists before this.
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel an online booking within 72 hours.
• A deposit is due depending on the rate booked. This can be paid by bank transfer or credit card (Visa/Mastercard).
• Changes to bookings are possible on request, but rate differences may be incurred, which may be added.
• In the event of price errors, the hotel reserves the right to adjust the price within 72 hours or to cancel the booking. In this case, the guest may cancel the booking free of charge or pay the difference.
• The arrival and departure date is the date stated in the booking. Payments can be made by EC card, Visa, MasterCard or cash

• All rooms and the entire interior of the Naturhotel Chesa Valisa****s are non-smoking areas.
