CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Flexible booking and cancellation conditions

Are you flexible? We are too.

We will be happy to provide you with the right offer for your individual needs. You have the possibility to choose from the following booking and cancellation conditions when making your booking:

BEST FLEXIBLE PRICE | CANCEL 7 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL FREE OF CHARGE
Book at any time. You choose the most flexible rate. Up to 7 days before arrival you still have the possibility to cancel this booking free of charge. From 6 days before arrival you will be charged 100% of the amount. No guarantee or deposit required.

EARLY BOOKING RATE | -10%
Bookable until 60 days before arrival. We ask you to send us the total amount by bank transfer. Upon receipt of the total amount your booking is considered confirmed. No change or cancellation can be made after booking. At the moment of booking you accept that the full price of the stay will be charged. This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation or change of dates of stay.

NON-CANCELLABLE RATE | -5%
Bookable from 89 days before arrival and one day before. We ask you to send us the full amount by bank transfer. Upon receipt of the total amount your booking is considered confirmed. No change or cancellation can be made after the booking. At the moment of booking you accept that the full price of the stay will be charged. This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation or change of dates of stay.

MINIMUM STAY FROM 4 NIGHTS TO 14+ NIGHTS | -5 -12%
We ask you to make an advance payment of 40% of the total amount to us for this rate. No cancellation can be made after booking. With a rate difference, a rebooking is possible until 7 days before arrival. This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation or change of dates of stay. In case of cancellation 100% of the amount will be charged.

 

CONTRACT
  • The reservations must be reconfirmed in writing by the hotel by e-mail or mail. Otherwise no contract has been concluded.
  • Rebookings are possible on request plus rate differences (depending on the rate).
IN CASE OF ERRORS IN THE CONFIRMATION, OUR PRICE LIST APPLIES.*
  • All rooms and the entire interior of the Naturhotel Chesa Valisa are non-smoking areas.
  • The date is the day of arrival or departure. You can also pay us with EC card, VISA, MasterCard or in CASH.
  • Cancellations can be made without formalities, but only in writing. The cancellation must also be confirmed in writing by the hotel.
