We will be happy to create an offer that is tailored to your individual wishes. When booking, you can choose between different conditions for booking and cancellation:

Best flexible rate for peak season | Cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival
Bookable at any time. You choose the most flexible rate. You can cancel this booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. From 29 days before arrival, you will be charged 100% of the amount. No guarantee or deposit required.

Flexible best price rate | Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival
You choose the most flexible rate. No guarantee or deposit is required. You can cancel or rebook this reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Please note that a rate difference may apply in the event of a rebooking. In the event of cancellation 6 days or less before the arrival date, 100% of the amount will be charged.

Early booking rate | -10%
For this rate, we require a prepayment of 100% of the total amount within 7 days of booking confirmation. No changes to the booking are possible. Once the booking has been completed, no free cancellations can be made. In the event of cancellation, 100% of the amount will be charged.

Non-cancellable rate | -5%
For this rate, we require a prepayment of 100% of the total amount within 7 days of booking confirmation. No changes to the booking are possible. Once the booking has been completed, no free cancellations can be made. In the event of cancellation, 100% of the amount will be charged.

Minimum stay rate (4-14+ nights) | -5-12%
For this rate, we require a prepayment of 100% of the total amount within 7 days of booking confirmation. No changes to the booking are possible. Once the booking has been completed, no free cancellations can be made. In the event of cancellation, 100% of the amount will be charged.

For groups
You may cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. From 59 days before arrival, you will be charged 100% of the total amount. For this rate, we ask that you transfer a deposit of 50% between 60 and 59 days before arrival. The number of rooms can be adjusted up to 60 days before arrival; after that, the booking is binding.

• A reservation only becomes binding when the hotel confirms it in writing by e-mail, fax or post. No valid contract exists before this.
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel an online booking within 72 hours.
• A deposit is due depending on the rate booked. This can be paid by bank transfer or credit card (Visa/Mastercard).
• Changes to bookings are possible on request, but rate differences may be incurred, which may be added.
• In the event of price errors, the hotel reserves the right to adjust the price within 72 hours or to cancel the booking. In this case, the guest may cancel the booking free of charge or pay the difference.
• The arrival and departure date is the date stated in the booking. Payments can be made by EC card, Visa, MasterCard or cash

• All rooms and the entire interior of the Naturhotel Chesa Valisa****s are non-smoking areas.
